Navy & Pink Wedding Inspiration
I just love these colors! The masculine navy paired with the feminine pink is a gorgeous combo for a wedding. Let's look at each one to figure out how you could incorporate these romantic colors into your wedding!
This simple white cake with navy accents is so minimal and gorgeous. What I particularly love about it is the soft blue accent in the middle of the cake with the blue florals around the bottom. Topped off with a few blueberries, it's perfect.
If you are wanting to incorporate a navy cake into your wedding but afraid of how heavy the color might be, this would be an excellent way to go. A simple white cake is classy and adding in soft accents of your color is perfect to create a beautiful, but not overpowering dessert!
Soft pink against gray? Always a winner. Always. But, if you're wanting your gentleman in a navy blue suit to match your color theme, a soft pink boutonnière would also look fantastic against a navy blue. Make sure you include a little bit of greenery and a perfectly formed peony to finish it off.
I love these cards. Every time I send one out, I get a little excited for the parent who will receive it on their child's wedding day. And I am beyond honored that sweet words will be written inside, hopefully to be kept for years to come.
Ah!! This dress! It is, hands down, one of the most stunning dresses I have ever seen. The lace combined with the navy blue. So feminine and striking. I love it.
But, I know it might not be entirely practical for a wedding. Maybe you want to go the more traditional route and wear a completely white dress. Or that neckline is a bit too plunging for you. If that's the case, you can still imitate this look.
You could include a thick, navy sash tied in a perfect bow in the back around your waist. Or, wrap a long, silk navy ribbon around your bouquet. You could also wear something similar to this for your rehearsal. Find a beautiful lacy top and add a navy, belted maxi skirt. Lots of options to get a similar, striking outfit!
Oh these shoes. So unique and gorgeous. You could wear them to your rehearsal or wedding day for a sweet pop of color. They're affordable and can easily be re-used for special occasions.
If you're a superstar in heels, then more power to you. But for those of us whose feet don't quite bend that way, I'd definitely recommend breaking these in and practice walking in them before your big day. And, maybe bring an extra pair of flats just in case your feet start protesting.
