FAQ

What payments do you accept? 
On the website and Etsy shop, all payments are acceptable. You can pay through PayPal or credit card. Payment must be made within 24 hours or the order will be cancelled.

What is your refund/return policy? 
Refunds can be made only if there is an error on my part. If the buyer selects the wrong item and it is not caught before it is made or sent, a refund is not available. If the item is lost or damaged in the mail, please contact me and I will send you a new one after proof has been made of the lost/damaged item.

What is your shipping policy? 
After an item is made, please expect 1-2 business days for it to ship. You may upgrade to speedier shipping if you'd like at an additional fee. Please include this information when ordering. At this time, international shipping is not available.

Do you ship internationally? 
Yes! Please expect a few extra days or potentially weeks in order to receive your order, however.

Do you do custom orders?

Do you sell your items for wholesale?
