One week!
It's been a week since I launched Tabitha. And it's been such a joyful week! When I first decided to introduce my idea to the world, I told myself to not look at how many "likes" it got on Facebook or Instagram; or to really read into people's comments. That's how afraid I was that it wouldn't be well-received. I thought that people would figuratively pat me on the head and say 'That's cute' with a plastic smile.
Instead, I teared up at the comments and danced many a happy jig when so many supportive people cheered me on and supported this little adventure already. The power of encouraging words can go a long way. And I can only hope to be just as caring to my loving friends and family! It fuels my desire to help other small businesses and creatives to pursue God's calling too.
I have a lot of exciting dreams for Tabitha. I hope to make it at least a part-time venture, supporting our little family (my dogs eat a lot) as much as possible. I hope that thousands of people the world over are helped and that someday, perhaps in heaven, we'll get to meet those that we helped. I hope to expand the causes to helping orphans, encouraging more Bible translation and child survival programs. I hope to also expand my product line to include home decor prints, tote bags, tea towels, scarves, boot cuffs, stickers and oh so much more!
Thank you so much for support so far. Here's to exciting adventures!
