autumn bucket list

Fall is coming, it's coming, it's coming! Can anyone else feel the cozy warmth of your favorite sweater or the smell of a cranberry candle? Every year, around the end of August and the beginning of September, I crave the fresh season of fall. Friday night lights and a renewed excitement in the holidays to come.

I started doing these seasonal bucket lists last year in an attempt to savor each season, to live them intentionally, to soak all the meaning out of them. Making lists allows me to do that well. I take each season's item from my 28th birthday bucket list in order to knock them all out.

Here's what's on the agenda for the fall (September to December-ish):

1. Apply for the Renegade Craft Fair.
2. Go to Peter Pan 360. Check!
3. Hike at our local state park. Check!
4. Read another fiction book. Check!
5. Run a 5k.
6. Go to an Aggie football game. Check!
7. Add letterpressed products to the shop. Check
8. Try a new local, non-chain restaurant. Check!
9. Finish one of the crocheted blankets.
