In my book, the Fourth of July gives Christmas a serious run for its money in the "Favorite Holiday Ever Contest." The simplicity, celebration, and community of summer is all wrapped up in one holiday, where we all get together to grill salty meat; wear red, white, and blue; fire off colorful bursts of light in the sky; and, of course, celebrate the freedom we have in our country.
If you're also planning on celebrating your union, here are 13 ideas to create a simple and gorgeous Fourth of July celebration!
