an ode to mini cards & pops of pastels

Does anyone else's heart skip a beat seeing those little white mini envelopes and cards all lined up?

This post originally started out as a fun DIY but quickly morphed into more of a have fun with paint and mini envelopes kind of a thing. I had big plans to use my trusty watercolor palette and painter's tape. But my palette has gone mysteriously missing and I'm now convinced painter's tape is normal tape in disguise and therefore pointless.

So I found some fantastic color by number paints to use instead and improvised after the painter's tape left horrible jagged edges. And I'm pretty happy with the results! I think I'm going to use them for thank you cards for the next few orders!
